The Copa Dinastías is an annual professional wrestling tournament held by Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL). Established in 2016, it features teams with a shared familial relation; brothers, fathers, sons, nephews, etc.. Essentially, a tag-based version of La Copa Jr.. It usually takes place around Father's Day, in June.

Note: CMLL has run several miscellaneous "bonus" tournaments that employ the same theme without using the same title, either at their secondary venues or on the undercard of a Copa Dinatias show. These secondary editions are most-commonly referred to as Heredero Cups, and are also included here for posterity. See also; the 2018-2020 editions of the FantasticaMania Tag Team Tournament.

CMLL attempted a second very similar "tournament" in 2019, featuring Guadalajara-specific luchador teams. A "Group A" semi-final 4-way elimination tag team match was held on September 1.

The brother team of Mr. Trueno & Rey Trueno were left as the winners. However, a "Group B" match never materialized.

Torneo de parejas familiares

This was a Puebla tournament that - whilst lacking the usual name - maintained the core theme. It was also the only suchlike tournament to take place this year, for obvious reasons. It took place on February 24, 2020 at Arena Puebla.

A Guadalajara tournament that used the family gimmick in late 2022. Despite three straight weeks of "eliminator" rounds on November 15, November 22 & November 29, all competing teams were nonetheless included in a straight-forward "final" on December 13.

This year, CMLL expanded the event to 2 weeks (June 14 and June 21) and held 4 separate "tournaments":

Qualifiers

Rather than traditional “eliminators”, the multi-person first round of each tournament on June 14 featured a novel (for CMLL) winning condition, reminiscent of multi-man Apuestas matches; the match would end after the first ‘’two’’ falls, with the scorers advancing to the following week’s final.

Note: All six entrants in the Father’s block wrestled in the masks they had lost.

Note #2: the entrants in the Herederos match worked most of it like a standard trios bout, with Cobarde acting as an honorary tecnico for the night.
