Current Champion
El Hijo de Fishman is the current champion. He defeated Dick Angelo 3G on January 1, 2023 in Arena Naucalpan to win the championship.
History of Championship
This championship started as one only eligible to second generation wrestlers. This seemed to go out the window with Factor, who had never been treated as a second generation luchador before that point (but may be Vigilante's son.)
