CMLL 88th Anniversario
From Luchawiki
The 2021 CMLL Anniversario (CMLL 88th Anniversario) was held on September 24 in Arena México.
This was the first Anniversario event to be main evented by a women's match. Albeit because of covid limiting potential attendance, and the re-use of the previous year's Noche De Campeones fan-voting gimmick rather than the booker's sole discretion. The following year - with distancing protocols lessened and more traditional Anniversary cards once again possible - Noche De Campeones was moved to the first Super Viernes Friday show thereafter.
