The Jalisco Middleweight Championship is one of the state championships of the Guadalajara box y lucha libre commission. Very little is known about the championship and it's likely been defunct more often than it's been active.

Many of its earliest mentions from the 1940s have since been attributed to the Occidente Middleweight Championship. Distinct defences of this separate title would still occasionally appear over the decades in Arena Jalisco (a building not associated with CMLL & their Occidente titles), culminating in a groundswell of defences in the 21st century.

As with several other "Jalisco" titles, there seem to be two billed under this name by two different venues: Arena Jalisco, and Arena Azteca.
