The tournament consisted in two rounds, the first of four single matches and a final of a four way match to crown the champion. The winner will be the competitor who beat an opponent by submission or pinfall. The first round was on April 11, 2026. The final was on May 16, 2026 in 686 Lucha Libre Anniversary Show. [[Genaro Valle]] announced that [[Miss Tiger]] will compete in the final (and taking [[Baronessa|Baronessa's]] place) due to [[Tirana|Tirana's]] inference making [[Mavis]] win, however Miss Tiger had to put her [[686 Lucha Libre Women's Championship]] on the line as a condition.
