The Woman Star Tournament is a professional wrestling single-elimination tournament held by 686 Lucha Libre. The early tournament was held by Mucha Lucha. At first was focused on luchadoras. In the 2026 edition there were exoticos competing as well.

Mucha Lucha held a women's tournament to honor the memory of Woman Star, the first luchadora from Mexicali. The tournament took place at Arena Coliseo Mexicali on November 19, 2022. The promotion held an elimination match.

The tournament consisted in two rounds, the first of four single matches and a final of a four way match to crown the champion. The winner will be the competitor who beat an opponent by submission or pinfall. The first round was on April 11, 2026. The final was on May 16, 2026 in 686 Lucha Libre Anniversary Show. Genaro Valle announced that Miss Tiger will compete in the final (and taking Baronessa's place) due to Tirana's inference making Mavis win, however Miss Tiger had to put her 686 Lucha Libre Women's Championship on the line as a condition. Miss Tiger won the tournament and retained the title. La Costeña gave the cup to Miss Tiger.
