Relevos Increíbles
Relevos Increíbles traditionally refers to a tag team match in which members of each team are feuding at the time the match occurs. Typically, this means that each team is composed of a técnico and a rudo wrestler, although there are exceptions (i.e. when 2 rudos or 2 tecincos are feuding between themselves). This match is regularly used to lead into an apuesta match, sometimes as an immediate pre-requisite to determine an apuesta main event for the night (ala a Ruleta de la Muerte), in which case it is called a Relevos Suicidas. CMLL created its own National Parejas Increíbles Tournament using this format.
The term has also increasingly been used to simply refer to any tag/trios match in which the teams do not follow the standard all-técnicos vs all-rudos formula, instead being composed of a mixture of técnico and rudo wrestlers. As little as 1 rudo teaming with 2 tecnicos against 3 rudos (or vice versa) is enough to brand a match a Relevos Increíbles.
