Kind of self evident. A plancha on a downed opponents. Most often done diving from an elevated position, although large-enough heavyweights will still do it from a standing or running one.

Multiple flashy dives can be considered variations of it, from the Moonsault to 450 Splash to Shooting Star Press. The Frog Splash is the variant closest to the original.
