La Cruceta

Known elsewhere as a figure four leg lock. El Enfermero is credited with popularize the move in Mexico, and the move is sometimes called La Cruceta del Enfermero (nurse's cross) or Cruceta a las Piernas (leg cross).
There are many variations in use in Mexico. The Cruceta Invertido is actually more commonly used in matches.
