La Hormiga Atomica is officially the smallest wrestler to ever work on a regular basis. He was so small that he didn't even reach 'mini' status and worked as an 'enano' (dwarf) which was comprised of 5 or 6 wrestlers such as Gulliver & Arturito. Unfortunately even by 'enano' standards he was too small and the physical style took a huge toll on his body to the point he would have to take months off at a time just to recover from a week or two of regular work.
Not much is known of what happened to him except that he lost his mask out of nowhere at a show in Houston in 1999. He was suffering from serious health problems at the time which is often a problem with people that small so hopefully he left wrestling to take care better care of himself.
