La Silla is a Thesz Press turned into a dive. Usually done off the ring apron with a running start, a La Silla usually ends up with the victim flattened and the attacker either seated on top of him, or standing above him.

Negro Casas and Perro Aguayo Jr. are modern wrestlers who use this as their primary dive. It's also the dive of choice for many female wrestlers.
