A 'Rana is the ending cradle of a sunset flip, though an attacker can get to the position in many ways.
It's the Spanish word for "frog", presumably due to the splayed-out nature of the limbs. And the namesake of the Huracarrana move, innovated by Huracán Ramírez. Despite not involving a rana pin at all, the "poisoned rana" is presumed to be named as such due to "poison frogs" being especially deadly.
