The Pacific Coast Supreme Championship is a regional wrestling title defended in within the Northwestern part of Mexico. It is currently in Mexicali.

The title was introduced on January 1, 2016 in Arena Nacionalista. Having Rey Cobra as the inaugural champion.

Nítrox Boy became the second champion on July 24, 2016 in Arena Nacionalista. Nítrox lost the title (along with his mask) in the rematch against Rey Cobra on August 7, 2016 in Arena Nacionalista.

During his second reign Rey Cobra had a successful title defense against Super Xolo. However he was stripped of the title.
