Currently Featured Aricle The NWA World Historic Welterweight Championship, is a championship promoted by CMLL, in essence it is the continuation of the lineage of the NWA World Welterweight Championship with the word "Historic" added after Blue Demon Jr. and the NWA demanded the original title back. This particular championship was created on August 12, 2010 and given to Mephisto, who had held the previous NWA title. The original championship actually predated the National Wrestling Alliance, tracing it's lineage back to El Santo winning the championship in 1946. The current champion is Volador Jr. (Pictured), who is on his second NWA Historic Middleweight Title run after defeating La Sombra at the 2014 Juicio Final show. There has been a total five different holders of the championship; Mephisto, La Sombra, Negro Casas, Mascara Dorada and Volador Jr.	Articles Worth Reading We've been adding more information on a variety of wrestlers; take a look at the New Pages List, and also the Mexican, foreign, and uncertain bio sections. How do I Help? If you'd like to edit pages or create some new ones, we've just added some basic instructions. Click on Help at any time to learn how to make a new page, how to link to a page, how to use the profile template, and more. (And if you're an expert user, feel free to add to that help page with your own hints.) We've also got a Sandbox, where anyone can test or practice things without consequence. A list of bios we're particularly hopeful of adding is on the To do page, but make sure you read the Rules page before you do any editing.

3. For help with wiki syntax and other fun editing things, you can try the Wiki Confusion page, although if I haven't already done it myself at this point, I'm probably going to just be checking the [Wiki Handbook] and trying to figure out, so you may just skip me.

If you're confused at how something works, click on Edit on a page where it's already working and just copy/paste for your own use. If your page doesn't quite look right, someone will be along to fix it. As long as you can get the content on the website, and it makes sense of the luchawiki, others will help you clean it up so it looks right.
