Her first maestro was Mascara Año 2000, he was the first trainer who trusted her. Her wrestling style is a combination of technique, high flying moves, and adding a variety of Tae Kwon Do kicks. She chose the ring name of Princesa Dorada at first, however there was a Princesa Dorada already. She decided to change her name to Reina instead.
