Current Champion
Gotico is the current champion, he defeated the former champion Karis Jr. and Dragon Fly.
History of Championship
The Arena Mexicali Undisputed Championship was introduced during the 15th Anniversary Event at Gimnasio de Mexicali on November 18, 2017. The inaugural champion was Mike Castillo winning an elimination match. He fell on the 5th defense against Tigre Leon in a ladder match. The title's name changed since the promotion's name changed to Mucha Lucha. Mr. Tempest was the 3rd champion. Since late 2024, the title was rebranded as 686 Pro Wrestling Undisputed Championship or 686 Lucha Libre Mega Championship.
