This page is for cataloguing the users of the Espectro name (as established by the original Espectro I in the 1950s) and their extended family. Of which, the original's includes the Peña Family, founders & promoters of AAA.
| 1st Gen | wife of Espectro I†[1] aka Espectro de Ultratumba (I) |
Virginia Herrada Raya†[2] (married Ponzona) |
other sibling | other sibling | ||||
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 2nd Gen | Silver Cat† aka Hijo del Espectro |
Devil Rocker† aka El Picudo, Espectro 2000 |
Espectro de Ultratumba (IV) | Antonio Peña† aka Espectro Jr., Espectro de Ultratumba (II) |
Marisela Peña Roldan (married Joaquin Roldan†) |
Espectro Jr. II | Cadaver de Ultratumba | Toxico aka Guerrero de la Muerte |
| 3rd Gen | Picudo Jr.? | Dorian Roldan | ||||||
Brothers Espectro Jr. II and Cadaver de Ultratumba formed a trios team in the early 90s named Los Espectros De Ultratumba, with non-family-member Gran Cochisse (who donned a mask and named himself the third instance of Espectro de Ultratumba).
Joaquin Roldan also has a daughter who helps backstage operations at AAA. As her mother isn't strictly known, she is not covered by this tree.[3]
Espectro II derived his name from teaming with Espectro I occasionally in the 1960s. He was not related to Espectro I or his family. Neither, presumably, is the modern Espectro II, who claims to have debuted circa-1989 and been born circa-1975.[4]
| 1st Gen | Espectro II† | ||
|---|---|---|---|
| 2nd Gen | Príncipe Joel | Azazel aka Corazón Salvaje |
Bestia Salvaje† (married Maria Del Angel†, sister of Charrito de Oro†) |
Bestia Salvaje's father has long been cited as "Espectro II", which would presumably extend to his (alleged) brothers too. However, as none of their surnames match[5], and Azazel's father is cited as the "second version", it's possible there's yet a third Espectro II (as the Tijuana version is even younger than the siblings). Alternatively, the brothers might have all been adopted.[6]
The name "Espectrito" dates back at least as far as 1956, as a competitor in a tournament for the National Middleweight title. It was adopted in the 1980s by a Mini-Estrella, and subsequently by other members of his family (all of whom are likewise under 5ft tall).
| 1st Gen | Espectrito I† | Espectrito II† twin -> |
La Parkita† <- twin |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2nd Gen | La Hija de Espectrito |
Sadly, the twins both died in 2009 as a result of a robbery-gone-wrong, when they were drugged by a pair of prostitutes who did not adjust the dosage for their smaller stature.
