The promotion also has a Women's and Tag Team championship, that has previously been held by Hijo del Impostor & El Dragon.

Rey León is the current champion. He defeated Samuray VIP on June 27, 2021 in Laguna Hills, California to win the title.
History of Championship
The 915-656 Heavyweight Championship was introduced in 2020 by Promociones 915-656. Rey Escorpión became the inaugural champion by defeating Samuray VIP.
