This dangerous move is usually when a wrestler picks his opponent up into a wheelbarrow position and then sits out as his opponent tucks in causing extreme damage to the neck. It's part of the martinete family, and could be considered an inverted Sunset Driver.
The move is also called Rey Bucanero's Buca Storm and Joe Lider's Lider Storm Driver. A variation exists with a half nelson, performed by Swerve Strickland under the name Big Pressure. King Cuerno used a spinning variant in Lucha Underground Season 2 named Thrill Of The Kill (out of a fireman's carry, similar to his Thrill Of The Hunt).
