Axel is married to (and has a son, Daniel, with[2]) Karla García Fernández, the daughter of Huracán Ramírez. Thus linking this family to the García Family.
El Hijo del Santo also has a daughter who trains in MMA. He has entertained the idea of her continuing the family legacy in lucha, should Santo Jr. ultimately not want to.[3]
Santo allegedly has 25 grandchildren in total, at the last count.
