A modified Boston crab, hooking the victim in the ropes. As a hold in the ropes, it's illegal past a five count.
Popularized by Tajiri during his time in ECW; his old rival Super Crazy uses the hold as well.
Many wrestlers have done variations of the submission-in-the-ropes theme. Including Masato Yoshino's Coumori (headscissors necklock), and Minoru Suzuki's headstand armbar.
