At least four people have used the guise of Mini Psicosis over their career.
- Pequeño Black Warrior: The former Mini Psicosis of AAA, but recently in 2019 wrestled again under the name.
- Extassis: The former Mini Psicosis in Tijuana.
- Mini Psicosis III: The Mini Psicosis that debuted in December 2008 and occasionally showed up in lineups well into the 2010s. Died 2021.
- Parkita Negra: Wrestled as a Mini Psicosis before taking his current and more famous gimmick.
