Coahuila luchador Extremo (Jesús Ortiz González) passed away on Sunday. No age, but he appeared to be a young guy. He would pop up on the undercard of LLPN shows when they ran Piedras Negras every few weeks; he’s listed on their next show on 09/29. There was no cause of death among the lucha libre circles, but it may have turned up elsewhere. Local news reported that Jesus Ortiz Gonzalez passed away after the truck he and two other police officers were riding crossed a road median and collided head-on with a bus in the early morning hours. A second police officer passed away at the scene, and a third was said to be in critical condition. Reports don’t make it clear what caused the bus to enter oncoming traffic.
