This guy is not the real Rocky Star. The real Rocky Star lost his mask in Juarez Mexico to Cinta de Oro. This guy's name is Crazy 33 which took Rocky's mask and used it in Mexico City. It is unknown if he took it with Rocky's permision or just stole his character. - Delegold
