Sayumi is the current champion, she won the title on September 21, 2025 in Coliseo Taurino, Nogales, Sonora. She became the inaugural champion defeating Jade.
History of Championship
The H Promotions Women's Championship was introduced in 2025 by Huron Promotions. Sayumi became the inaugural champion by defeating Jade. Aira was originaly scheduled yo compete for the title but she was changed few days before the event.
