Career
Son of the late Abismo Negro. Winner of the 2022 Junior de Juniors Cup.
Joined AAA in 2024 and became part of the new Vipers, his father's old stable and even took part in Triplemania 32 main event, a Vipers vs La Secta vs Los Psycho Circus lucha de apuestas Dome Cage Match match where one mask or hair would fall, this is where his rivalry against Abismo Negro Jr. and the Vipers began, in an attempt to save his mask first Fiscal climbed out of the cage and Abismo Jr. stopped him from doing so, disrupting the dynamic between the Vipers, after this Fiscal almost performed a Martinete against Abismo Jr. but was stopped by Psicosis II. He was kicked out of his father's old stable later that year and began to feud with Abismo Negro Jr. and los Vipers.
After the momentum his career took during his rookie year in AAA, he joined Los Hell Brothers (Cibernético, Chessman and Charly Manson) for a match against the Vipers, which he won by pinning down Abismo Jr with the help all Hell Brothers members. With his rising popularity thanks to social media and his unique style and gears, referencing his late father's characters, Abismo Negro and Winners, and geek culture characters like Judge Dredd (which the whole Abismo and Fiscal gimmicks took inspiration from), Gold Zeo Ranger, White Power Ranger and MCU Mysterio/Quentin Beck. (the later makes sense due to Fiscal being a huge Spider-Man fan).
Some of the most important matches in his sophomore year in AAA were his Monterrey match against El Grande Americano II which he lost but El Grande recognized his potential and his late father's greatness, calling Fiscal a future legend. Another one of his most notable matches was the previously mentioned Vipers vs Hell Brother match which he won. His match against Galeno del Mal attracted a lot of attention also due to this being Galeno´s "Welcome back to Mexico" match and his last match of 2025 against Mecha Wolf gained attention not because of the match itself, which Fiscal won, but for the message he sent to Abismo Jr and his intervention at the end.
Now in 2026 his rivalry against his former Viper´s teammate has gained more attention to the public, which many speculate will lead to a Mask vs Mask match. His February 21st 2026 match against Abismo Jr has accumulated a lot of social media interactions and views, both lost the match due to disqualification, Fiscal, about to perform a Martinete on the commentators table got interrumped by a dozen of AAA staff members and took Abismo Jr away from him. The match ended with an ovation from the public siding with Fiscal, now, it is unknown when, how or where this rivalry will unravel but if something is sure is that one will lose their mask...
