The AAA Lucha Libre Premier Championship is a tournament held by AAA. The match of Premier Championship are transmitted by Fox Sports.

Dr. Wagner Jr. was the champion, after defeated Jack Evans and Marco Corleone. The final of this tournament was held in November 29, 2010 in Six Flags Mexico by the three wrestlers that win more points. This edition was realised by scale of points, ie, the winner of the match win 3 points, by a draw win 1 point and by loss not win points.
