La Pierrotina

Submission move also known as La Combina. Performed by Pierrot and Pierroth Jr..

Guerrero Maya Jr.'s Sacrificio Maya performs a very similar lift, albeit with the opponent's torso in front of his shoulder & held in place with a one-armed double underhook. He punctuates this by dropping them neck first over his knee.
