Complete Shot

Technically speaking, a reverse STO (thus, a facebuster). Known as the Complete Shot when used by Gedo, this is also used by AAA's Mesias. In the US it's better known as the Flatliner (the name Chris Kanyon gave it).

It has many variants that modify the set-up as to provide more momentum into the impact. Austin Theory innovated a version he christened Ataxia. In which he applies an undertook to one arm, a leg hook with his other free arm, lifts the opponent in a flipping motion, and drops them into the facebuster. Barbaro Cavernario and Athena have both adopted this into their arsenals.
