Head/neck submission popularized by Pegasus Kid, and adopted by many. There are multiple variants, including Alex Shelley's Border City Stretch which chickenwing's the opponent's near arm over the shoulder, or Bryan Danielson's Yes Lock combining it with an omoplata.
