Created by Hooligan. His partners will hold the opponent in place hanging on the ropes as Hooligan leaps off with a somersault senton crushing his opponent's chest/face.
("Cannonball" or "cannonball senton" is also frequently used to refer to a running flip into an opponent sitting in the corner.)
