Popular move of the early 2000s. Involves a lift before the impact, making it distinct from the Double Underhook Facebuster. Averno & Mephisto use this move as the Devil's Wings (a name originated in Super Luchas magazine as a play off Christopher Daniels's Angel's Wings name for the same move). Amapola uses the move as well.

Fabi Apache often uses this as a finish in AAA. Amazing Kong's would typically see her kneel instead of sit.
