The 686 Lucha Libre Cruiserweight Championship or Pro Wrestling Cruiserweight Championship is a professional wrestling title promoted by 686 Pro Wrestling introduced on February 22, 2025.

Current Champion

Catcher, 3rd Champion

Catcher is the current champion. He defeated Charro Negro on May 16, 2026 at Arena Woman Star, in Mexicali, Baja California.

History of the Championship

The title represents the cruiserweight division of 686 Pro Wrestling. It was announced for several weeks prior to the event of Xpace.

Iron Boy was the inaugural champion. He defeated Catcher, Dragon Fly, Orión, Perla Negra, and Sua Samoa on February 22, 2025 at Arena Woman Star in Mexicali, Baja California.

Charro Negro was the second champion. He defeated Iron Boy on August 10, 2025 at Obreros del Progreso in Saltillo, Coahuila. He had a successful title defense against Dragon Fly (Baja California) and Homicidio winning the NWG Cruiserweight Championship on May 16, 2026 at Arena Woman Star. However, he lost both titles on the same night after Catcher challenged him.
