Appeared in IWRG off and on over the 2000s before passing away (or, confusingly, it might have been other Dr. Muerte). There was a related Doctor Muerte II (Miguel Leon), but after a little while, Doctor Muerte I was the only one. There are Doctor Muerte Jr. (his son) and Hijo del Doctor Muerte, formerly known as Halcon Rojo, the name was given at a function at the Gym del Valle.
