Headstand counter to a charging opponent. Various wrestlers have used the spot over the year. Ultimo Dragon appears to have picked up this spot from fellow UWA wrestler Black Man.

Can also be used to build extra momentum for splash-based offense, like the Senton de la Muerte or Villano III Jr.'s Arabian Press finish.
