Cross Armbreaker

Flying armbar submission popularized by Dos Caras Jr.. A variant of Palanca al Brazo. Can also be performed from the top rope (an Avalanche Cross Arm Lock) for extra devesatation.

The term can just as easily refer to simply the ending submission itself, as the "cross" refers to the the crucifixion position it forces the recipients shoulder blades into.
