This move is executed when an opponent leaps off the second rope/second turnbuckle/top turnbuckle and nails his opponent with his rear end to knock him down. The move is mostly used by Maximo these days.
The traditional Hip Attack it is derived from - typically used by female wrestlers - need not necessarily be off the top rope.
