Starts as if a generic suplex, but instead of being dropped on their back, the victim is dropped down on their head.
Most popular in Japan; lucha libre versions tend to soften the blow somewhat (to adjust for the harder rings?).
Variants include:
- Fisherman Buster
- Darkness Buster
- Muscle Buster (technically)
- Northern Lights Bomb
- Great Sasuke's Michinoku Driver (double underhook brainbuster)
- Ricky Fuji's Rolling Stone (twitsting brainbuster)
- Oliver John's Class Dismissed (Running brainbuster)
