Also known as a Tornado Armbar. Pretty much a spinning headscissors turned into an armbar submission. Mistico trademark move (and sometimes accused of being his only move), and nearly always instantly finishes the match.
Some wrestlers have adopted it as just an impact move, without the subsequent submission. Instead making it a facebuster. Such as Masato Yoshino's Torbellino.
