Current Champion

Miss Tiger is the current champion. She won the title on February 8, 2025 at Arena Woman Star in Mexicali, Baja California. Miss Tiger defeated Diosa Nix, Princesa Águila, and Chik Tormenta in the finals of the Queen of the Ring tournament.
History of the Championship
The title was introduced by 686 Pro Wrestling which will represent the women's division. The competitors were announced prior the Queen of the Ring tournament.
