This is Almanza/Salazar family. A famous wrestling family in Mexico, most notable as the family of Místico.
The name is something of a misnomer as the family is not related to Dr. Karonte (Almanza), but Dr. Karonte (Uribe), who billed himself in the later years as the sole original.
Members
The first generation members are Dr. Karonte and Tony Salazar. Their relationship is unclear, but presumably filial (or by-marriage), as Tony Salazar is an uncle of Místico. The second generation members are mostly the sons of Dr. Karonte, namely Místico, Astro Boy, Argos, Argenis and Karonte Jr..
Magnus and Ulises Jr. are sons of Tony Salazar, and are thus cousins of Místico. However, Magnus claimed to be a brother of Místico at one point.

Alexis Salazar, a CMLL photographer, is also a son of Tony Salazar.
Super Átomo is also related, however the relationship is unclear.
Zareek is a relative who was repackaged as Dr. Karonte II in 2022, to team with Argos (as Dr. Karonte I).
Astro Boy Jr. is a nephew of Mistico's.
The original Astro Boy that preceded Mistico's brother is theorized to possibly be a relative, given the similar attire.
(Mystery surrounding Uribe's 4th son at one time lead to the belief that Dr. Karonte Jr. (II) was a distinct person. The 2013 revelation that it was Mini Murder Clown[1][2] suggests that Jr. II was simply Argenis in retrospect.[3])
