Recruited by El Medico I in 1973 to don the El Medico II gimmick and form the tag team Los Medicos. Toured extensively together through Mexico, always as a main event attraction (according to Zapata).

Supposedly lost his mask to Ultraman on September 12, 1975, although his obituary disputes this.

Retired in 2009 at Arena Juba, in one last tag match with El Medico I.
