EMW World Middleweight Championship or "Campeonato Mundial Peso Medio EMW" in Spanish, is a Middleweight Championship by Promociones EMW based out of Tijuana, Baja California

Black Destiny is the current champion. He defeated Skalibur, Rayo Star, Fantastik, Genio del Aire & Drake on April 26, 2019 at Plaza de Toros Calafia in Mexicali, Baja California to win the championship.
