A modified Inverted Gory Special Bomb but the attacker doesn't lock in the legs and dropped more into a driver than a powerbomb. The move is also known as the Kudo Driver and Kudome Valentine after it's name the Megumi Kudo. The Vertebreaker name comes from Hurricane Helms.
