This move is executed when a wrestler has his opponent on his shoulders, both facing the same direction. He will proceed to simply fall backwards driving his opponent to the mat. Often used to counter a move off the shoulders.
Manami Toyota innovated the Japanese Ocean Cyclone Suplex, an electric chair drop that crosses the opponent's arms and bridges into a pin. Frankie Kazarian's Back to the Future is mostly the same, except it holds the arms taut.
