The Jalisco Heavyweight Championship is one of the state championships of the Guadalajara box y lucha libre commission. Presuming its history is as long as other Jalisco titles, very little is known about the championship and it's likely been defunct more often than it's been active.
The championship seems to have first appeared in the 2010s, as an independent wrestling equivalent to the Occidente Heavyweight Championship. Its seems that there are actually at least 2 such titles: one for Guadalajara's Arena Jalisco, one for Arena Azteca in Tlaquepaque.

As noted above, Depredador defended the title against Destello in 2012 in Arena Jalisco. Destello showed up in Arena Azteca shortly thereafter as champion, presumably having won the match. When Arena Jalisco resumed Heavyweight title matches years later, Destello was not involved, and eventually returned to defending his title in Arena Azteca.
