Multiple wrestlers have used this ocean-themed name (with some dispute over the legal ownership):

  • Tritón (CMLL) - the most well-known Triton. Formerly Metal Blanco, was given the name in late 2011 (after the IWRG Triton has been active around Mexico City for a while), became Rey Tritón after leaving CMLL in 2019.
  • Tritón (Morelia) - aka Tritón (IWRG), independent wrestler who wrestled near his home town before moving to Mexico City. Seen for a couple years in IWRG and Lucha POP before apparently returning to Morelia, claims he has the only license to use the name
  • El Pantera - wrestled as Triton for CMLL for a time in 1993, for which CMLL claims ownership of the name "Triton" - sure enough, only the CMLL luchador has continued to wrestle in Mexico City under that name.
