Just what the names says. Knee drops are not common in Mexico; Polvo de Estrellas is the only known practitioner, and hasn't used it much recently.
Ren Narita's Hell's Guillotine necessitates the opponent by standing when the impact is made.
Seated Knee Drop
A variation sees a seated opponent hit by a double knee drop. Popularized in Mexico by Fénix. Also known as a Meteora. [1]
