It's referred to as "Michinoku Driver" when other wrestlers, like Marcela, use it for their finish. Known as a Samoan Driver when started from a fireman's carry (aka the "Samoan Drop" position).
Naomichi Marufuji's Pole Shift adds a leg-hook, ala a Fisherman Driver.
