He was a late 90s prelim wrestler as the masked Estrella, lost his mask in 2003 to Makabre, and then seemed to be getting a little bit of a push as Montana before suddenly disappearing from lineups. His name pops up occasionally on indie lineups in Jalisco for the rest of the decades (not that I have many of those lineups). Former Arena Coliseo Guadalajara luchador Capitan Estrella/Eddy Montana (Juan Carlos Padilla Covarrubias) passed away on Tuesday, a few days short of his 44th birthday.
